About Trattoria dal Billy
In xx, Billy set out to build something of his own in the heart of Manarola. Inspired by the flavours of the Ligurian coast and the simple pleasure of sharing good food, he opened Trattoria Dal Billy — a place where local seafood, traditional recipes, and warm hospitality come together.
Over the years, Billy has stayed true to his original vision: serving honest, carefully prepared food in a place that captures the spirit of the coast. From the morning's catch to a table overlooking the village, every detail reflects what he believes a good restaurant should be.
Today, Trattoria Dal Billy is more than a restaurant with a view. It is Billy's own expression of the place he calls home.
